Romsey Neighbourhood House

This certification introduces the basic principles of food handling and hygiene.

It is suitable for anyone working in direct contact with food, the preparation and/or serving of it.

Attainment of this certificate is compulsory to work in the hospitality industry.

If you want to obtain the Food Safety Supervisors Certificate, you only need to pay extra $70.

Prerequisites

Participants must have evidence of having completed the food hygiene unit (SITXFSA001 or SITXFSA005) (Evidence to be provided upon enrolment)
