• Requiring able bodies to carry boxes
• Drive trailers
• Set up of Toys room
• Baker -make a plate of goodies to share

1st Dec from 12:30 pm -pack up team

• Packing up toys into boxes
• cars and trailers required to move boxes to storage

Tasks included

• Prep the area before the event - set up of marquee, set up tables
• manage the stall area
• giving direction to participants
• socializing with the crowd
• packing up after the event
