It is based on ancient yogic tradition. It is heart centered, based on soft flowing movements, yet this empowering style of yoga transforms the body’s energy system, calms the mind using techniques which work gently and effectively to relieve the enormous stresses and pressures of modern-day living, improves flexibility, creating core stability and increase your energy levels. Suitable for people of all ages and abilities.
As a qualified Dru Yoga and Meditation practitioner, with over 25 years of yoga practice experience, I am passionate to inspire a naturally healthier way of living. All my classes are 90 minutes, giving you the opportunity to go deeper into a full relaxation, as this is when the body and mind receive the full benefit of your yoga practice.
** Bring you own mat, blanket for relaxation. Recommended to bring your water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
